Released in 2019 as a Walmart exclusive, Yoda (Force Spirit) is part of Hasbro's Star Wars: The Black Series [Phase III] and depicts the legendary Jedi Master in his ethereal form, as seen when he appears to Luke Skywalker after passing into the Force. The figure uses a translucent blue-green deco throughout to capture the luminous quality of a Force Spirit, setting it apart from standard Yoda releases in the line and making it one of the more visually distinctive entries in the Phase III catalog.
The figure comes equipped with four accessories: a soft-goods cloak, a removable belt, a flute, and a cane. The soft-goods treatment on the cloak adds a layer of tactile authenticity that hard-plastic capes cannot match, and the removable belt allows for multiple display configurations. As a Walmart exclusive, the figure was produced for a single retail window and has not been reissued in this deco.
