Shipping policy

Multiverse of Heroes, LLC ships physical products within the United States. Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days. Shipping times vary by method selected at checkout.

Domestic Shipping

We ship via USPS. Your shipping options and cost are shown at checkout before you pay. Expedited options may be available depending on the item.

Pull Box (Preorders)

Pull box books ship by USPS with tracking, to US addresses only. Each week's books ship together in one box on Wednesday, the day they come out (we aren't allowed to ship new comics before then), so your box reaches you a few days after release day. Each box is $7.98, free when its books come to over $75 after the 10% off. If you pick Ship Monthly, your paid books ship together once every 4 weeks with one shipping charge. We don't offer local pickup.

International Shipping

We do not ship internationally through our Shopify storefront. International orders are available through our eBay store and are handled through eBay's International Shipping Program. Rates, delivery times, and import duties are determined by eBay at the time of purchase.

Graded Comics and High-Value Items

Graded comics and high-value collectibles are packaged with extra care. Shipping costs for these items reflect the additional materials and insurance required.

eBay Orders

All eBay orders, domestic and international, are subject to eBay's shipping and returns policies as displayed on each listing.

Digital Subscriptions

FOC Intelligence subscriptions are delivered digitally and have no shipping cost or delivery time. Access is granted immediately upon successful payment.
