Thor Vol. 6 #3 is the third chapter of 'The Devourer King,' Donny Cates and Nic Klein's opening arc on the relaunched Thor series, published by Marvel Comics in 2020. This issue carries the story title 'Storm War' and centers on one of the arc's defining confrontations: Thor Odinson facing Beta Ray Bill, with Galactus looming as the arc's central threat. Cates brought a cosmic scale and mythological weight to the character that distinguished this volume from its predecessors, and issue #3 lands at the dramatic heart of that setup.
The cover is the regular edition by Olivier Coipel, whose work on Thor across multiple volumes made him one of the character's most closely associated cover artists.
