VC80 from the Star Wars Vintage Collection, depicting young Anakin Skywalker in the Jedi Padawan training outfit he wore at the end of The Phantom Menace, following the Battle of Naboo and his acceptance into the Jedi Order under Obi-Wan Kenobi. An all-new sculpt when originally released in January 2012; this is the 2022 re-release featuring updated Photo Real face deco and a revised paint palette with a lighter, more muted color scheme. The 2022 packaging is identifiable by the TV Vintage Collection logo on the card back and the updated "collect them all" lineup. The accessories take the figure beyond its five seconds of screen time: the Jedi training helmet and remote allow recreation of youngling training scenes from the Expanded Universe, while the blue lightsaber and hilt give collectors a properly equipped Padawan for display. 22 points of premium articulation, impressive for a figure at this scale and stature.
