The Shadow Stormtrooper is sourced from the Crimson Empire comic storyline — these all-black Stormtroopers serve Carnor Jax, a rogue Imperial Guardsman, and are trained to locate and eliminate Kir Kanos. The all-black deco is striking, and the sculpt — a kit-bash of the 2006 TSC Sandtrooper body with the VOTC Stormtrooper belt — delivers 23 points of articulation including ball-jointed shoulders, elbows, torso, knees, and ankles. A known collector limitation: the legs are positioned too close together for dynamic lower-body posing, making this primarily an at-attention display figure despite the premium articulation. Packaged with a silver-plated display stand designed to echo the UGH promotion aesthetic, though the card does not carry official foil embossing.
