1st cameo appearance of She-Spawn. Todd McFarlane regular color cover.
Spawn #300 is the milestone issue that made Spawn the longest-running independent comic-book series in history at the time of its publication, according to Image Comics. Todd McFarlane writes and draws the lead story, joined by Greg Capullo on interior art and Scott Snyder contributing a backup story, with additional interior work by Jason Shawn Alexander, J. Scott Campbell, and Jerome Opeña. The result is a 72-page celebration that assembled the defining creative voices of the series under one cover.
Cover A is the regular color cover by Todd McFarlane himself, the standard first-printing edition issued on September 4, 2019. This is the cover McFarlane drew to mark his own series reaching issue 300, a number no other independent comic had reached as a continuous title at that point. Image issued multiple covers for this issue across different artists, making the McFarlane A cover the direct edition for readers and collectors who want the creator's own hand on the milestone issue.
