The First Order Stormtrooper Executioner is one of the more distinctive trooper variants introduced in Star Wars: The Last Jedi, distinguished from the standard First Order rank by the red-striped helmet and a unique melee weapon in place of the typical blaster. Hasbro brought the character into The Black Series in 2017 as a Target exclusive, making it one of the dedicated retailer-exclusive releases from what collectors know as Phase III of the line.

The figure comes equipped with the executioner staff broken into four components, along with two blue electric-force effects and a removable top claw, giving the accessory load-out genuine display flexibility. The staff pieces assemble into the weapon seen on screen, and the force effects slot onto the blade for an activated configuration or remove cleanly for a carried pose. No blaster was included, which keeps the focus squarely on the character's role as a specialized enforcement unit.
