Clone Captain Rex, CT-7567, is one of the most beloved characters to come out of Star Wars: The Clone Wars, the commanding officer of Torrent Company within the 501st Legion who fought alongside Anakin Skywalker and Ahsoka Tano across the entire run of the series. This Black Series figure captures Rex in his signature Phase II clone armor with the distinctive blue markings and customized helmet of the 501st, giving the character the premium 6-inch treatment he deserved after years as a fan favorite.
Released in 2017 as a HasCon exclusive, this version of Rex came loaded with an arsenal that reflects how the character fights on screen: a DC-15A blaster rifle, a DC-15S blaster carbine, and two DC-17 hand blasters, along with a removable helmet that reveals the face underneath. The accessory complement makes this one of the better-equipped Black Series releases of the era. HasCon was Hasbro's short-lived convention held in Providence, Rhode Island, and the exclusives from that single event have since become some of the harder-to-find entries in the Black Series lineup.
The box read confirms item number C3698, a 2017 copyright, and five included accessories, matching the HasCon release profile documented across collector sources. A non-exclusive retail release of Rex followed in 2018 with a reduced accessory count, making this convention release the more complete of the two early Black Series iterations of the character.
