Released in 2018 as a Target exclusive, this 6-inch Black Series Chewbacca represents the Wookiee as he appears in Solo: A Star Wars Story during the Vandor heist sequence. Instead of his Rebellion-era look, the Vandor version outfits him for the brutal snowy conditions of Vandor-1: goggles, a Y-shaped bandolier, and a blaster give the figure a distinct, mission-specific silhouette that sets it apart from every other Chewbacca release in the Black Series lineup.
Hasbro's Black Series 6-inch line has been the standard for collector-grade Star Wars figures since its launch, pairing film-accurate sculpts with premium paint applications. The Vandor Chewbacca benefits from that infrastructure: the fur texturing and layered paint work that define Black Series Chewbacca figures are present here, but the character-specific accessories and gear make this a standalone piece rather than a straight repaint or retool.
