VC285 from the 2023 Star Wars Vintage Collection, depicting Boba Fett in the Tusken-inspired desert robes he wears during the Tython sequences in The Book of Boba Fett — an outfit that visually blends old west gunslinger with samurai influences. A retool of the VC252 Boba Fett (Morak) base with an all-new torso, arms, and lower legs to accurately recreate this distinct costume. Four accessories: a removable soft-goods robe, a gaderffi stick with soft-goods cord sling, a sniper rifle with sculpted plastic sling designed to sit on the figure's back, and a blaster pistol in a functioning holster. Collector note: the soft-goods robe Hasbro produced is black fabric; it should be a deep brown per the source material, which is a minor accuracy issue. The gaderffi stick cord sling also has a tendency to sag rather than sit in place. The sniper rifle sling by contrast holds very securely on the back. Paint applications are exceptional — facial scarring, belt buckle detail (including the buckle on the back hidden under the robe), and costume texture are all highlighted. 28 points of fully premium modern articulation including rocker ankles that make fighting crouches easily achievable.
