Star Wars Saga Collection #017 C-3PO with C-3P0 Head, Hasbro '06

Figure #017 in The Saga Collection's Battle of Geonosis wave, depicting the memorable Attack of the Clones moment when C-3PO stumbles into the Geonosian droid factory and ends up with a Battle Droid head swapped onto his protocol droid body. The figure features two fully interchangeable heads — the C-3PO head and a red Battle Droid head — both of which pop on and off easily. When configured in Battle Droid head mode, an (inaccurate) backpack and blaster are included; note that C-3PO did not wear a backpack in the film, and removing it leaves a visible hole in the figure's back. One of the more entertaining packaging gimmicks in The Saga Collection line: half of all units shipped with the C-3PO head displayed, the other half with the Battle Droid head — and each version included a different set of random hologram figures (good guy holograms with the C-3PO head version, bad guy holograms with the Battle Droid head version). The display stand is labeled simply "C-3PO."
