Star Wars ROTS #53 Utapaun Warrior, Hasbro '05

Figure #53 from the 2005 Revenge of the Sith Collection 2 line, the Utapaun Warrior is one of the line's more obscure and interesting entries. Technically a Pau'an warrior rather than one of the smaller Utai species who share the sinkhole planet, these fighters were originally planned for a significant battle sequence in Episode III that was ultimately cut for time. They appear only briefly in the background during Obi-Wan's arrival at Utapau, and again during the Order 66 sequence. Hasbro gave the figure a strong accessory loadout: a removable helmet, a battle staff, and a shield with a fully removable carrying strap that can be slung over the shoulder. The ball-socket ankles are a nice detail that allow for varied combat stances on the included display stand. A solid deep-cut alien for any Utapau or Clone Wars battle scene display.
