Battle of Thor vs. Beta Ray Bill. Nic Klein character-design cover, 3rd printing.
Thor Vol. 6 #3 is the third chapter of Donny Cates and Nic Klein's 2020 run on the character, part of the 'Devourer King' arc and its 'Storm War' chapter. The issue centers on the battle between Thor and Beta Ray Bill, a confrontation that puts two of Marvel's most formidable Asgarian warriors against one another with Galactus looming over the larger stakes. Cates's run repositioned Thor as All-Father during a genuinely cosmic-scale threat, and Klein's painted, heavy-atmosphere artwork gave the series a look distinct from any prior Thor volume.
This copy is the 3rd printing, with Nic Klein's character-design cover: his redesigned Thor laid out on a graph-paper model sheet, helmet and cape notes included. It carries full trade dress and the Third Printing box.
