Physical Products
We have a 30-day return policy for physical products. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unread or unused, with original packaging intact. You will need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at info@multiverseofheroes.com. Returns must be authorized before sending items back. Items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted. Once your return is approved, we will send a return shipping label and instructions. Please note that returns are shipped to: Multiverse of Heroes, LLC., 4012 S Rainbow Blvd, Suite K., PMB1001, Las Vegas, NV 89103.
Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@multiverseofheroes.com so we can make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or graded comics once removed from their shipping packaging. Please contact us with any questions about a specific item before purchasing.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and place a new order once your return is accepted.
Refunds on Physical Products
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at info@multiverseofheroes.com.
Digital Subscriptions (FOC Intelligence)
All sales of digital subscription products are final. Because access to subscription content is granted immediately upon purchase, we do not issue refunds on FOC Intelligence subscription fees. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at info@multiverseofheroes.com and we will review your case. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and you retain access through that date.
