Star Wars ROTS #18 C-3PO, Hasbro '05

Figure #18 from the 2005 Revenge of the Sith line, this C-3PO marked a milestone for the character in the Prequel Trilogy: his first fully gold-plated appearance on screen. Where prior prequel versions showed him in bare droid plating or worn gray coverings, this release captures the shining vac-metallized finish that carries forward into the Original Trilogy. The ball-jointed torso gives the figure a natural posture and the kind of indignant attitude C-3PO is famous for. Widely considered one of Hasbro's best C-3PO releases at the time of its launch, the sculpt proved durable enough to serve as the foundation for several future releases. Includes a Mustafar-themed environmental display stand.
