Star Wars Saga Collection #047 Obi-Wan Kenobi, Hasbro '06

Figure #047 in The Saga Collection's Battle of Naboo wave, depicting Obi-Wan Kenobi as he appeared in The Phantom Menace during his time as Qui-Gon Jinn's Padawan. Rather than an all-new sculpt, Hasbro engineered a creative kit-bash: the head from the 2000 Episode I Obi-Wan Kenobi (Jedi Knight) figure — complete with a soft-goods Padawan braid — combined with legs from the 1999 Episode I Naboo version and a retooled lower body from the 2000 POTJ Obi-Wan Kenobi. The result is the most complete Phantom Menace version of the character available at that point in the line. The all-new soft-goods Jedi robe is the standout accessory addition, giving the figure a much more natural drape than the molded plastic robes used on previous versions. Also includes a lightsaber, a display stand and miniature hologram figure, standard to all The Saga Collection basic releases.
