A faithful die-cast replica from Hasbro's Star Wars Titanium Series, the Sandcrawler captures the massive mobile fortress of the Jawas as seen on Tatooine in A New Hope. Originally manufactured by Corellia Mining and brought to Tatooine by Corellian prospectors hoping to mine the desert sands for saleable metals, the gigantic steam-powered vehicles were abandoned when the planet's depths proved barren. The native Jawas repurposed them by the hundreds, living and traveling within their vast, warren-like interiors — using the Sandcrawlers as traveling market-places, hunting lodges, and fortresses. Equipped with a smelting reactor and magnetic suction tube, this iconic vehicle was the Jawas' most essential tool for scavenging droids and scrap across the dunes. Includes a display stand.
